Paleo Meatloaf with Balsamic Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

ground beef

5.5 oz. can tomato paste

eggs
beaten
1/3
cup
coconut flour
3
cloves
minced garlic

onion
diced
2
teaspoons
dried basil
2
teaspoons
freshly ground black pepper

teaspoon
chili powder
1
teaspoon
cumin
1
teaspoon
sea salt
Sauce
3
tablespoons
tomato paste
2
tablespoons
balsamic vinegar
1
teaspoon
maple syrup or honey
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix ground beef, tomato paste, eggs, coconut flour, garlic, onion, and seasonings in a large mixing bowl. Fill loaf pan.
To make sauce, mix tomato paste, balsamic vinegar, and maple syrup.
Spread sauce over top of meatloaf and bake in oven for about an hour or until internal temperature reaches 155 degrees.
Allow meatloaf to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
