Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place chicken in a large mixing bowl and add olive oil and spices. Mix well so chicken pieces are evenly coated.
Lay chicken skin side up in a baking dish and cook for 50-60 minutes or until done. Skin should be crispy and golden brown.
