"Pumpkin" Carrots & Ranch Yogurt Dip

plain Greek yogurt

minced fresh chives or 1/2 teaspoon dried chives

dried parsley

onion powder

teaspoon
dried dill weed

teaspoon
garlic powder

teaspoon
fresh lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Peel, trim, and slice carrots as per directions above into pumpkin shapes.
Mix all dip ingredients and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes before serving to allow flavours to deepen.
