Cashew Milk Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

Silk Creamy Cashew milk
3
tablespoons
unsweetened cocoa powder
dash of cinnamon
1/4
teaspoon
vanilla extract
1-2
tablespoons
raw honey
1
oz.
dark chocolate pieces
optional for extra chocolatey flavour
Instructions
Heat a few tablespoons of cashew milk in a small pot over medium heat. Whisk in cocoa powder and cinnamon until it forms a smooth paste.
Add the remainder of the cashew milk, whisking the entire time.
Add vanilla extract and honey to taste. If using dark chocolate, break into pieces and add to hot chocolate.
Heat on stove until chocolate pieces are melted and milk is steaming hot, whisking frequently.
Notes
Add a few mini marshmallows on top or try adding a couple of teaspoons of Irish cream liqueur for a more adult treat.
