Ingredients
Apples - 1 per cookie sheet
Optional seasoning: cinnamon
nutmeg, and/or powdered ginger all work well
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 225 degrees.
Slice each apple thinly and lay the slices on a piece of parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Make sure they are not overlapping.
Sprinkle a little bit of cinnamon and/or nutmeg and/or powdered ginger on the apple slices if desired.
Bake for one hour, then flip each apple slice and bake another 50-60 minutes. Allow apple chips to cool for a few minutes before eating.
