Cloth Diapering Giveaways

Win a Reusable AppleCheeks Swim Diaper! {Closed}

Welcome to the 4th annual Summer Cloth Diaper Giveaway Hop hosted by Heather from Mommy’s Favorite Things and Mama’s Baby Cupcakes. This hop is focused on everything cloth diaper related!

Win an AppleCheeks Swim Diaper and a Dapper Snapper Toddler Belt (US/CAN, 7/6)

My giveaway is ONE (1) size 2 reusable AppleCheeks swim diaper in winner’s choice of Samoan Sunset OR Mojito. Fits approximately 18-40 lbs.

“Two layers of 100% polyester Canadian-milled mesh allows water to comfortably move through the diaper while keeping any solids, should they occur at an inopportune time, out of the water.
And our signature two-size system with snaps at the waist and separately adjustable snaps at the thigh means your little one is guaranteed a comfortable, long-last fit.”

My winner will also receive a Dapper Snapper toddler belt in black. Cloth diapering mamas know it can be hard to get jeans or pants to fit over fluffy butts. Most go a size up to fit over the diaper, but then the waist is too big. Dapper Snappers quickly and easily cinch in the waist so pants fit comfortably, and since they’re in the back, they don’t interfere with quick diaper changes.

  • I plan on doing lots of swimming this summer, and it looks like today will eventually be warm enough for that finally!

  • We are planning a road trip to BC, hopefully to Vancouver Island. Thank you for the chance, that would be wonderful for my youngest granddaughter.

  • This summer, I’m looking forward to watching my oldest son experience the lake for the first time. And a zoo trip or two, now that he’s recognizing animals. 😀

  • The thing I’m most excited about doing this summer is taking my new little man swimming for his first time ever. I really can’t wait.

  • Everything we do this summer will be extra fun because we will be doing it with our new baby! I’m especially looking forward to going camping together!

  • We just took a fun family trip in our RV. We didn’t have an exact plan before we left and played it by ear. It’s such a fun way to spend some time as a family.

  • My brother is marrying one of my best friends and myself, my husband and our baby are all in the wedding party. I can’t wait for the picnic reception.

  • We traveled to the Great Smoky Mountains! It was absolutely lovely! Can’t wait to go back again!

  • We are planning on taking a weekend vacation for our son’s 4th birthday and take him on his fist steam engine old fashioned train ride because he loves trains.

  • This summer we are planning for baby #4! Lots of fun! Hoping to find out the gender soon and start building a cloth stash for him (probably a him), very excited to start planning!!

  • well we have two family reunions to choose between…. mine or his… both on the same day, I don’t think we’re going to his, sounds like majority of the people we’d like to see there are bailing out so we’ll probably go to mine.

  • This year we are planning to take our first child (9 months) camping for the first time. We are not yet sure when or where just that it’s going to happen 🙂

  • We are travelling to Texas for a week to spend 4th of July with my husbands family. It’s always a great time. There is a huge parade and we all go out for a big lunch afterwards. We didn’t make it last year, so we are so excited to go back and show our boys a fun time!

  • I don’t really have any future fun plans this summer. We just took our once a year trip up to visit my youngest son’s grave for his birthday. It was a little disappointing because my silly hubby likes to do things on the fly so he booked our hotel a little too far away because of a rodeo that I warned him about so there were no available rooms in our old home town and then he didn’t want to bring food to our old home church’s annual father’s day potluck in the park, so we missed out on our usual running into old friends and catching up. We did still visit our son’s grave, though it’s looking horrible since we now live too far away to tend to it properly and our amazing friends who took care of it for us for six years are no longer able to. That was hard, but we still took balloons, did our annual balloon release, had lunch out at the cemetery, got to breathe some actual clean air and see some real blue sky.

I’m hoping we can take some more trips this summer, maybe to the coast or up in the mountains. There is one good thing about living where I do: there’s lots of amazing stuff to do withing a few hours’ drive. That’s all that keeps me going sometimes.lol. Wow, what an Eeyore I am. Apparently I’m feeling a little down still, but that happens this time of year whether I want it to or not. Anyway, thanks for the opportunity.

  • We don’t have any particular plans–baby is going on 4 months, and since I spent the first 2 of those finishing up grad school classes we’re just enjoying some well deserved down time. 😉 Might go swimming though…

  • We went to the Columbus Zoo, and have already been swimming this summer! We are going camping, and lots of hikes!

  • We don’t have any vacations lined up. My goal is to keep cool. Inside with air conditioning and outside swimming!

  • I want to hit up the pool with my little one as much as possible. Another swim diaper would come in handy 🙂
