Hey, I just realized I’m almost halfway through the 30 days! I’ve noticed my cravings for pop and sugar have lessened over the last few days, and I’m getting into more of a routine. There have been a couple of evenings lately where I just didn’t feel like making dinner though, and all I wanted to do was order in some sushi or Chinese. I resisted the temptation and made dinner anyway, but it’s the never ending stream of dishes that’s been getting me down. When you make absolutely everything you eat from scratch, it makes a heck of a lot of dishes to wash!
To counteract my Whole30 ennui, I spent some time googling new Whole30 recipes this weekend. It’s time to change things up and try some new recipes. I’m going to try some pizza-inspired mini egg frittatas and some Whole30 pesto made without cheese.
I’ve also been making yummy homemade chipotle mayo dip to eat with our veggies sticks lately. Teagan can’t get enough of it. She even eats zucchini sticks if they come with this dip! Check back tomorrow when I’ll be sharing my super easy whole egg mayonnaise and chipotle mayo dip recipe with you.
Don’t forget to follow me, Victoria from Creative Home Keeper, Nichole from Casa de Crews, and Krystal from Krystal’s Kitsch as we share our Whole30 journeys with you. We’re using #Whole30BlogChallenge on Instagram and Twitter, and we’d love for you to share with us.

How awesome that you’re starting to feel improvements! Way to go! If I didn’t have a dishwasher I really don’t think I could stick to it. Even so, there are still so many pots, roasting pans, etc. to wash by hand. Ugh.
