As we kick off the new year, I’ve been looking back at some of my most popular posts here on This West Coast Mommy. As always, my recipes continue to be some of the most frequently read and shared content, even including some older recipes from way back. (My photography skills have certainly improved since then!) For the third year in a row, I’ve gathered my most viewed recipes of the year to share with you. If you’re curious, you can also check out the Top 10 Paleo Recipes of 2013 and Top 14 Recipes of 2014 here.
All the recipes in this year’s top 10 are gluten-free, dairy-free, and paleo-friendly. For those of you starting a Whole30 challenge this January, many are Whole30 compliant or can be made so with minor accommodations. But most importantly, as always they’re family-tested and kid-approved. If I can’t cook it while juggling two spirited kids and blogging, you won’t find it here!
Scroll down to find the links to each recipe and see what inspires you. Enjoy and Happy New Year!
