Limeapple is a Calgary-based company specializing in fun and age-appropriate clothes for girls in sizes 12 months to 14. They offer a wide variety of feminine, fun girls’ clothing that fit, flatter, move, and breathe. After trying some items for ourselves, we’re new Limeapple fans!
Tee recently received this Laguna swimsuit from Limeapple, perfect for all the swimming and splashing we’re going to be doing this summer. This exclusive Limeapple design is lined in the front and dries quickly, plus it has UPF 50+ protection to block out 97% of the suns harmful rays. Tee likes the block colour look and the pretty blue seashell screen print on the front, but my favourite feature is the coverage. I love that the rashguard top provides full coverage of her neck, back, shoulders, and arms, which makes my job as official sunblock applier so much easier!
And when she’s done playing in the water, she can wear her Dancewear Ruffles Jacket and Full Length Adjustable Leggings. Tee’s on the small side for her age, so these are just a little big for her right now, but I think they’ll be a perfect fit by fall. The comfy leggings are a medium-weight, soft cotton/polyester fabric in a dark denim colour. The stretchy jacket (in her favourite colour, fuchsia) zips all the way up and has a cute little ruffle around the waist that flares out when she spins around.
Limeapple believes girls deserve to be fit and fun, healthy and happy, colourful and creative, and they offer age-appropriate clothes that promote those same ideas. Visit Limeapple to see their collection of active wear, swim wear, baby wear, and boutique clothing.

if you don’t mind me asking, what size is your girl wearing in the swim suit?
Hi Laurie, this is a size 6. I went up one size so she could wear it for two seasons and just folded the sleeves up a bit. 🙂
I do the same with sizing….at this point I don’t buy anything smaller than a 6 for my girl. She’s a very tall girl just turning 3 in August. 5 Is sometimes ok, but usually JUST fits with no room to grow.
I’m eying some swim wear pieces from Limeapple….thanks for the size input 🙂
