It’s back! Alignment Entertainment‘s Seussical the Musical was originally scheduled last January, but due to COVID restrictions had to be postponed. I’m thrilled to share that Seussical is back on and will be playing at the Michael J. Fox Theatre in Burnaby, BC from January 27 to February 11, 2023.
This family-friendly musical comedy is based on – you guessed it – the classic children’s stories by Dr. Seuss. Starring favourite Seuss characters including the Cat in the Hat, Horton, Gertrude McFuzz, the Whos, Thing 1 and Thing 2, and Yertle the Turtle, most of the plot is loosely based on Horton Hears a Who!, Gertrude McFuzz, and Horton Hatches the Egg, along with elements from many other Seuss stories.
Seussical the Musical is the perfect play to bring the entire family to! Kids will love identifying their favourite zany characters and humming along with “Oh, the Thinks You Can Think” and “Amayzing Mayzie.” Tickets are on sale right now and start at only $27.50!

Everyone over the age of 2 years requires a ticket. Children under the age of 2 years must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult. Seniors are 55 years and over, and students must be attending school or be able to present valid ID.
