There’s a New House in Town at #Vancouver’s Fright Nights Oct 6-31

It’s baa-aack! Vancouver’s most anticipated Halloween event is back from October 6th to October 31st at Playland!

This year’s Fright Nights at Playland is bigger than ever, with an all-new haunted house and even more rides open to ticket-holders. If you’re keeping track, that’s eight haunted houses and twenty rides!

Fright Nights’ newest attraction is The Bloodshed, a dilapidated summer cabin that’s home sweet home to a family of ruthless mutant backwoods yokels. “We’re promising some truly unique surprises at this year’s Fright Nights with The Bloodshed on site,” says themed attractions Manager, Erin Cameron. “The house, encompassing approximately 2,400 square feet, comes complete with corpses, torture devices and legions of gore.”

For those looking for a paranormal experience, Haunted Mansion is geared to terrify even the bravest souls, and guests can attempt to overcome their fear of clowns in Car-N-Evil haunted house, and face their deepest terrors in Darkness. Favourite haunted houses, The Asylum, Fear, Hollywood Horrors, and Keepers Doll Factory are also back.

But wait, there’s more! Make time for at least a few of the 20 rides included in admission to this year’s Fright Nights. Canada’s most extreme pendulum ride, The Beast, will be returning this Halloween, alongside all the most popular rides like the Hellevator, Hell’s Gate, Atmosfear, and my personal favourite, the Wooden Roller Coaster. Comedy shock duo and Guinness World Record holders Monsters of Schlock will also be returning to horrify and entertain guests with three nightly shows from October 13 to 31.

Fright Nights 2017 is bloodier and spookier than ever and the perfect event for every Halloween lover!
