Ugh, winter. Cold, wet (around here at least), and dark. Half the time it seems like I’ve just done the dishes and then it’s time to make dinner again! On those days when I can’t summon up the energy to slave over a stove (or I just want to play with the kids instead!), my slow cooker is my lifeline.
Because I’m kinda lazy dazzlingly efficient, I like to buy big family packs of chicken and cook the whole lot at one time. Leftovers for lunch – now that’s efficient! Slow cookers are perfect for this, but the trick is to have one big enough that you’re not overfilling it. Slow cookers work best when they’re between half and three quarters full. I use this family-sized Hamilton Beach Set ‘n Forget 6-Quart Programmable Slow Cooker for my family of four.
But what to make? May I present 21 delicious gluten-free slow cooker recipes, all featuring that most versatile of meats, chicken. I’ve tried to include a selection of recipes that will interest everyone: some home style classics, some unique variations, some spicy for those of us who love the heat, and some not. I trust you’ll find at least a few here that sound good enough to try the next time you pull out your slow cooker.
Bon appetit!

The recipe’s all look delish and cant wair to try them
Thank You ahead of time for answering my question….?
If you’re meaning this wonton recipe, the filling is definitely gluten-free. Gluten-free wrappers are harder to find though. There’s these Three Ladies rice wrappers, or in a pinch, you can make them without the wrapper like little meatballs.
The chicken recipe was delicious, thanks for the link to the recipe
