21 Gluten-Free Slow Cooker Beef Recipes

I’ve been relying on my slow cooker a lot lately. Tee has her karate class at 5:30pm twice a week, and that’s right smack in the middle of dinner time. So unless I want my family to eat at bedtime, slow cooker meals are where it’s at. I get that slow cooker recipes are traditionally reserved for fall and winter, but why the heck is that? Slow cooking is convenient whatever the season, and when the weather gets really hot, slow cookers are the best for cooking dinner without having to stand over a hot stove or heating up the kitchen with your oven. Embrace the slow cooker!

Tip: remember that slow cookers work best when they’re between half and three quarters full.
