Wordless Wednesdays Wordless Wednesday: West Coast Snow! February 26, 2014by Olivia I took these pictures this past weekend – we ended up with almost 10 inches. We’re not supposed to have snow like this in Vancouver! It’s almost March, and those are my daffodils under a blanket of snow. Crazy!
Wait, what? You have some bulbs popping through already!! That’s crazy. We have so much snow still. Reply
Yep, we often get crocuses and daffodils in mid-February. I first noticed ours last week – I hope the snow didn’t hurt them! Reply
Can’t wait for spring! Of course then it’ll rain for weeks on end, but at least it’ll be warmer. 🙂 Reply
No, it shouldn’t! I love that the days are getting longer, but I can’t wait for some warmer weather too. Reply
Those peeks of spring are so hopeful!! I can’t wait for winter to end!! Bring on the heat! Or at least positive numbers! Reply
Thankfully the snow is already melting and we’re hoping for a bit warmer weather. I think I might need to take a tropical vacation to get my sun! Reply
My in-laws live in BC… I love those crocuses and daffodils but when those cherry blossoms come out on Taylor Way it is just heaven. Reply
Oh yes! And when the petals fall it’s like a warm, perfumed snowfall. But not for a little while yet. Reply

It looks so pretty on the trees! The good news is, spring is on the way…thank goodness!

It’s been a long, long winter. Hope it ends soon. Vancouver should not look like Regina!

It’s amazing how infrequently it snows in BC. But when it does it’s amazing isn’t it!?
