It’s a brand new year for me and for This West Coast Mommy. I feel blessed that this blog has done so well in the last 6 months, thanks to the support of my family and you, my wonderful readers! It’s a good time to take stock of what’s been working, what hasn’t, and where I want to go in 2014. As I review my stats for the year, it’s clear that my recipes are hands down my most popular posts, so I decided to pull them all together and share the ten most visited recipes of 2013. I hope you’ll find something here that will inspire you as yet another dinner chore looms.
All my recipes are gluten-free and paleo-friendly, and most of them are Whole30 compliant too, if you’re into that kind of thing ;-). But most of all, my recipes are all family-tested and kid-approved. Nothing here requires fancy equipment or hours of prep time. (With two kids? Yeah, right!) And the most important endorsement? My kids eat it!
So without further ado, here are my Top 10 Paleo Recipes of 2013. Scroll down for the links to each individual recipe. Enjoy!
Roasted Broccoli and Cauliflower
Holiday Coconut Mashed Sweet Potatoes
Paleo Spaghetti Squash Bolognese
Slow Cooker Balsamic Pot Roast
